About the Pennsylvania Consumer Notice...

Dear Consumer,

The Real Estate Disclosure Law requires that all buyers and sellers are provided with a written consumer notice that describes the various business relationships that you may have with a real estate licensee.  Since we are not able to discuss any substantial information with you until you have the benefit of reading the Consumer Notice, please be advised not to give any information considered to be confidential. 

Keep in mind that any information you give is not considered confidential until you enter into a business relationship with your agent. At our first meeting I will provide you with a written Consumer Notice and explain those business relationships and my corresponding duties to you.
