I have to say I've dealt with alot of real estate compainies in PA. I started with a well known realtor but wasn't treated right in any way... treated me like royalty from beginning to end and even after the closing.
PROS: If you want to be well taken care of - I would use them.
CONS: None

Beth, PA hi ron and sandra--this is donna in florida--i just wanted to let you know that i want to thank you for your hospitality after meeting with keith & danielle. they told me how nice you were and guided them correctly and leaded them in the right direction (sorry but no matter how old your kids get you worry about them lol) you weren't like your typical real estate agent, that dont care about people, just want to sell or rent no matter what. THEY LOVE THAT HOUSE, AND MY DAUGHTER CANNOT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. on they're way back to new york, she wanted to turn around and go back lol......we are good, clean respectable people and i truly hope that this all works out or else my daughter will probably be devastated! again, ron thank you so much and i would recommend baileys to anyone! p.s.--keith & danielle call this our dream home.....my husband fred has his fishing poles ready :-)
